    • Information from device sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses for the purposes of contextualizing location.
  • Location information: When you use our services we may collect information about your locations. With your permission, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses. This information is used to tag readings and to help contextualize where they were taken when exporting a report from the application, and to understand which regions are using the application to provide more personalized support.

In the event the user wants to further personalize their experience and obtain a User ID that they may use directly with the Delmhorst Support team, they may also turn on Opt-In to Personalized Analytics. This User ID will persist until the user Opts-Out of Personalized Analytics and ends their session, or the user removes the application from their device.

The lawful basis for this use of personal information is your consent, and our legitimate interest in ensuring that our Customers are informed about our goods and services.

    You have the right to withdraw this consent or amend your marketing preferences at any time by contacting info@delmhorst.com. You have the right to withdraw this consent for Delmhorst Edge data collection from within the app settings at any time.

    We may use your personal information for monitoring and analyzing our Website usage, our App usage, for IT security and to ensure compliance with our IT and communications policies. The lawful basis for this use is our legitimate interests in managing and securing our information and systems.

  4. If you fail to provide personal information

    If you fail to provide certain personal information when we request it, Delmhorst may not be able to fulfil orders for goods or services, or to contact you with relevant newsletters, bulletins and other information about our goods and services.

    Where you have chosen to unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will retain your contact details to ensure that you are not sent any further communications. This information will be held indefinitely.

Delmhorst does not collect and has not collected data in the following categories: Protected classes, biometric information, education information, profile inferences. Delmhorst may use, or disclose to service providers, information in the Identifiers, Commercial Information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, Geolocation, and Professional or employment information data categories for a “business purpose” as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. Business purposes may include distributing marketing materials, processing and managing sales transactions, and providing other products and services related to the Delmhorst business. Such third parties are governed by obligations to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information. Delmhorst does not knowingly collect personal information from persons 13 years of age or younger. Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information (“Right to Be Forgotten”): You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request information about the collection of your personal information by Delmhorst, the sale/lease of the information, or access to the personal information itself.
